Terms & Conditions

Deposits
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings
  • All deposits are due within 7 days of booking. Should we not hear from you within that period, your booking
          may be cancelled.
  • All outstanding bills to be settled upon departure
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations 7 – 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a 20% charge
  • Cancellations less then 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a 50% charge
  • Cancellations 24 hours prior to arrival are subject to 100% charge
Check in and Check out
  • Guests are welcome to check in from 2:00pm on day of arrival
  • Our check out time is 11:00am on day of departure
  • Guests who have specific arrival and departure requirements must be arrange with management
          when booking

Child Policy

   Children are welcome  
  • Children 2 years and under are complimentary
  • Up to 2 children, 12 and under, may only share with 2 paying adults in the Luxury Suites

  • Only 1 child, 13 and older, may share with 2 paying adults in the Luxury Suites
